- Guests can park in the upper lot and enter through the Lakeside Surf entrance.

- All-day lockers rent for $8; small personal-item lockers with charging are $5.
- Outside food and drink
- Outside food is allowed but commercially prepared food is not (from 2026); only soft shoulder-size coolers; no glass or alcohol.
- Swimwear
- Denim, cotton shorts and athletic shorts are not allowed on slides; eyewear needs a strap; water shoes must cover toes.
- Ages, heights and supervision
- Children who are not fully potty trained must wear a swim diaper with a swim cover.
