Day passes or a hotel stay?
How resort water parks admit visitors who are not staying overnight.
Two ways in
Many indoor water parks are part of a hotel or resort. Overnight guests usually get water-park access with their stay. Some resorts also sell day passes to people who are not staying. Others admit hotel guests only.
In this directory, 43 resort parks confirm day passes for non-guests on their official websites, and 3 parks say entry is for overnight guests only. See the resort parks with day passes.
What to check
- Availability: resorts often limit day passes and may sell out on busy dates or stop selling them.
- Hours: day-pass entry can start later or end earlier than hotel-guest access.
- What is included: some passes exclude outdoor areas, arcades or cabanas.
- Who needs a pass: some parks require a pass for every person entering, including adults who do not swim.
